In the course of his five years criss-crossing London, Richard Slater took thousands of photographs. It was a hard task to select the images that would appear in the book, but Richard managed to choose more than 200 of his favourites that represent the London he discovered on his travels.
The book not only contains photos – it has stories too, about Richard's subjects and his experiences exploring the hidden corners of London. There are some maps as well, to help you put the photographs in the places where they were shot. You can test out how well you know London.
People in London is available on 4 September 2014 and costs £19.99 (not including packaging and postage). It's a hardcover book, is 240 pages long, and is published by Elliott & Thompson.
